This E36 M3 Sedan is finished in Alpine White over a Mulberry Luxury Nappa leather interior and was optioned with a 5-speed manual transmission, the Luxury Package, a power sunroof, heated front seats, a premium Harman Kardon sound system, BMW Style 17 “M-Contour” wheels, and a rear wing. The seller has added an H&R coilover suspension, new brakes and rotors, a Dinan carbon fiber intake, European market turn signals and taillights, and new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires since 2022, and this example was recently serviced at an authorized BMW dealer in March 2023. Previously sold on PCARMARKET, this M3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California showing approximately 140k miles on the odometer.
The body is finished in Alpine White III (300) and features M3-specific bumpers, Luxury Package side skirts, and aerodynamic mirrors in addition to a decklid spoiler and a dual-tipped exhaust outlet. Equipment includes a slatted front grille on the lower front bumper, integrated foglights, tinted glass, a power-operated sliding sunroof, and 17” BMW Style 17 “M-Contour” wheels. Since the seller’s acquisition in 2022, European market clear turn signals and taillights have been installed along with an H&R coilover suspension and a new set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. Minor signs of road wear are noted along with a scratch on the lower front bumper, additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin presents Mulberry Nappa leather and 8-way power-adjustable heated Luxury seats. The optional Luxury Package equips fine wood trim around the shifter and glove box, patterned door panel inserts, and package-specific chrome interior door handles. Amenities include an M-Sport leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, an onboard computer, a premium Harman-Kardon audio system, M3-logo door sills, and full power accessories. Additionally, an aftermarket Kenwood stereo and hardwired Passport radar detector have been added. The seller notes a small imperfection on the driver’s side seat bolster and a piece of wood trim around the trip computer has fallen but is included in the sale.
Power is derived from a 3.2-liter S52 inline-six rated at 240 HP and 236 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 5-speed manual transmission and a mechanically locking limited-slip differential. A service was reportedly carried out in December of 2020 at BMW of Sarasota, including a full maintenance inspection, a flush of the braking system, and installation of a new clutch, flywheel, oxygen sensors, tires, a four-wheel alignment, new motor mounts, and new sway bar end links. Upon the seller’s acquisition, a carbon fiber Dinan intake, new brake rotors, Hawk HPS brake pads, and new stainless steel brake lines were installed and an oil and filter change was carried out by an authorized BMW dealer in March 2023.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, some documentation, and the original suspension, intake, and U.S. market taillights.

@M3BUM I don’t have the SMOG paperwork with me for a photo but the car did pass the smog inspection. It is ready for a CA buyer.

@M3BUM Yes the Dinan intake came with the CARB sticker. I didn’t install it because the carbon intake is beautiful and I felt the stickler would take away from that.
The sticker is in the glove box. I showed it to the SMOG tech today when it was getting smogged and that was sufficient for the test.
@TheGateKeeper Did the DINAN intake that you installed came with a "Carb Sticker" for Smog Visual Inspection purposes? If so, do you still have it? I did not see it attached anywhere in the engine bay. Also, how many keys will the car come with the sale?

The 2024 registration card and license plate sticker just arrived in the mail. The M3 registration is now paid through July 2024.

@pmannion24 There is no rust near the trunk. The rear suspension has not had any reinforcements done under my ownership. I have had no VANOS issues and no oil leaks as well. Thanks!
