Default 2001 Silverado RCSB

Hey guys, i got a 2001 Silverado that im dieing to mod. As of now its a stock 5.3, 4L60e, and 3.42 gears with a flowmaster single in dual out. I dont plan on going crazy with this, and it will probably be a slow project since im fixing to start college. Here's what it looked like when i got it. The truck was rear ended then repaired with a lot of "shortcuts", and needs some body work, but for the price i couldn't pass it up.

Right now i've got it demolded, smoked tail lights, and lowered two inches in the rear, and found the caddy wheels on Craigslist mostly because i needed new tires. Future plans are 3/5 drop on 20's, new paint, and hopefully heads and cam and a shift kit and 4.10 gears. This coming week i'm installing Calspeed 1 /34 headers with ory to a hooker aerochamber si/do dumped.

Thanks guys, I think black wheels would look good too. I'm just watching craigslist for a good deal on wheels and tires.

Well got my headers on a few days ago and had the exhaust done and had a tune done by charcoal03silvy. I love the way to sounds and its running great. Got it out to the track last night and got it down to 15.206 @ 92.94 on damn near bald tires..

I hardly see any yellow silverados or sierras and then this step side 4.8 pulls up next to me at the staging lanes. These are the only video i have worth posting.
