In really fine shape, this DeLuxe is a bit less flashy than her Madam La Rou cousin, with plain white handles on the oven and broiler, and without the light-up glass dial bezels for the cooktop burners. But she shares the very same showy backsplash with back-lit clock, Visiminder, and scrolling Visiguide. She’s got a match-lit oven with decent chrome, pull-out broiler in a drawer below oven, and handy storage cabinets with wire and enclosed drawers. With so much warmth, “Joyce” barely needs any gas to do her job.
