    Materials Standard ASTM E141795a entitled Practice for Liquid Penetrant Examination. CAUTION: The
    information is valid as of the date of this notice and may be superseded by subsequent revisions to ASTM E14 1795a.
    (Application for copies of ASTM publications should be addressed to the American Society for Testing and Materials,
