For 2023, the X7 receives an update inside and out. Inside, the Multi-Contour Heated Front Seats are newly standard and can be upgraded to have Ventilated and Massage options. In addition, the center console is refreshed with glass controls, and the infotainment system now runs the all-new iDrive 8! The dashboard now features a 12.9-inch digital gauge cluster, and iDrive 8’s center touchscreen spans 14.9 inches.

Outside, the front and rear of the X7 have a new look. The front fascia now features a headlight setup similar to the 7 Series Sedan, LED daytime running lights up top, and the headlights below. The rear now has a chrome bar that spans the width of the tailgate, and the revised taillights add a visual pattern that makes it look crisp.

Under the hood, the X7 xDrive40i and X7 M60i receive a 48-volt hybrid system to increase power and efficiency. In addition, the 3.0L turbocharged inline-six in the xDrive40i gets a power bump to 375 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque, while the M60i retains the twin-turbo 4.4-liter V-8 that makes 523 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque.
