Section 4 boys lacrosse: Davis, Neally, Stirpe named All-Americans

Six boys players from Section 4 have earned US Lacrosse All-America honors for the 2019 season.

Scholastic All-Americans are Corning midfielder Collin Neally, Whitney Point attack Andy Davis and Vestal midfielder J.T. Stirpe. All three are seniors. Davis became Section 4's career scoring leader this season while Neally and Stirpe helped their teams capture Section 4 titles.

Academic All-Americans from Section 4 are Vestal goalie Luke Barney, Ithaca defender Peter Estill and Chenango Valley defender Lucas Scott.

Corning senior Collin Neally was named a scholastic All-American for the 2019 boys lacrosse season.

Jason Neubauer of Horseheads was named Section 4 Coach of the Year after guiding the Blue Raiders to a runner-up sectional finish in Class B.

Union-Endicott won the Joe Corcoran Sportsmanship Award for classes A/B and Whitney Point won the Ted Bowie Sportsmanship Award for classes C/D.

The awards were announced in conjunction with the Section 4 all-star picks, as made by the coaches:
