This 1989 Pontiac Firebird GTA is a true ultimate American classic. After all, it's not only rare, but it also has everything you want, like T-tops, a loaded A/C interior, and vibrant red paint. Plus, the fuel-injected V8 now has a supercharger to really get you moving.

The GTA received the biggest tires, biggest brakes, and the best full body kit, including the rear wing, to represent all-out performance. It made sure this limited edition package really stood out from the crowd. It only gets better on an example that looks so highly original on the outside. You can tell they gave this one proper respect by the way the panels still crisply show off the aggressively sharp body. The Bright Red has all the right signs of being the factory application, and the way it continues to look radiant means it lives up to its name. And while this has plenty of bold style, there's also the right look of sophistication. It's in the way the full-length pinstripe goes with the GTA's special cross-lace gold wheels. But what we probably like the best about this one is that it likes to get the classic style right without being too loud about the major upgrade under the hood.
