572 HEMI V8, DUAL QUADS, 5 SPEED MANUAL, UPGRADED SUSPENSION, COLD A/C, AMAZING!

It's going to be harder to find a meaner example of Mopar muscle than this. With the big 572ci Hemi V8 under the hood, dual quad carbs, an upgraded suspension, a five-speed, and a wicked growl from the exhaust, this 1972 Plymouth Road Runner is the fiercest bird around.

This is a nice color for a car like this. The main color holds close to 1972's Silver Frost Metallic, but it's a more modern application. So the deeper tone sets the performance mood, and the clearcoat luster lets the sun highlight the straightness of the sheet metal. Plus, there's the right touch of a dark side with the dark grille that draws attention to the mean front overhang, deeply tinted windows, and this also has the cool black stripe that runs up the side to show off the thick C-pillar before running over the top. They also left you the right hints of brightwork that can show off some intimidation, like the imposing chrome bumpers, hood pins, and large dual exhaust tips. And the US Mags alloys offer some serious shine while also allowing you to fit the best in modern performance tires.

The black accents of the exterior get you ready for the all-black interior. It feels very inviting with the upholstery, ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

It feels very inviting with the upholstery, dash, carpeting, headliner, and door panels all having the fresh feel of a solid investment. And you'll appreciate all the classic details, like the smooth wood-like trim, and the dome light still greets you when you open the door. And yes, the horn still can give you the signature WB Road Runner BEEP! BEEP! They even made sure the factory air conditioning controls now blow ice-cold with modern R134a refrigerant. But what you'll like best is the true sports car feeling of the high-back front bucket seats, Rallye-style gauge package, power steering, upgraded tach, a center console that seems to form around you, and hallmark Hurst pistol-grip shifter.

The '72 Road Runner was one of the last muscle car holdouts, and you could still get the 440 big V8. That's a great motor, but it was no match for the huge 572ci crate Hemi that's now been installed here. It's said to be enhanced and fortified with terrific components like Eagle H-beam rods, diamond dome pistons with 10.75:1 compression, a roller cam, and Indy SR aluminum heads. This is topped off with dual Edelbrock four-barrel carburetors on an Indy high rise intake. And it exhales with authority as long tube headers that feed a growling dual exhaust. The full package is claimed to make an estimated 770 horsepower! But this mean machine also has the right supporting components to be a solid runner. This includes a large aluminum radiator, dual electric fans, a March serpentine belt system, an MSD pro billet distributor, and the battery moved to the trunk for better weight distribution. This is a big power advantage over stock, and so they upgraded you to a five-speed manual transmission to give you the best control over It all. As you look underneath, you can see a fully upgraded suspension with tubular front arms, a triangulated four-link rear, subframe connectors, and adjustable coilovers. And the Wilwood four-wheel power disc brakes package lets you easily tame this wild Road Runner.

Complete with build receipts, this is your chance at one of the most fun and ferocious Mopars out there. So don't miss out, call today!
