With its classic exterior in top form and a refurbished cabin waiting inside the doors, this 1973 Chevrolet C10 makes a great aesthetic impression. Having been refreshed only a little while back, the sharp blue paint on display here is looking awesome. The pair of broad gray stripes passing over that scoop have been clearcoated into the paint for a nice, uniform gloss. The bumpers in both front and back are likely original and are in really good condition, as is the balance of chrome on board here - the grille is particularly clean. Despite more than 40 years of service the exterior alignment on this classic is in good stead - the body contours running along the sides appear very level as they transition from fender to door to bed area. The diamond plate rear bumper with its integrated tow hitch is a nice finishing touch.

In contrast to so many trucks from this era, this interior will need no attention before being absolutely road ready -most of its key components have been replaced and there's a high level of functionality on hand, so you can just bring this pickup home and get it right into action. The new expanse of vinyl covering the bench seat has yet to develop any sign of wear and the door panels to each side cling firmly to their surrounding steel. Below, fresh black carpeting lines the floor. The bed area is well-protected by a Rhino-type liner whose durability doesn't appear to have even been tested, as there are no scuffs or any other signs of shifting cargo to be found. The array of instrumentation in the panel is functioning just as intended and is topped with a new dash pad, with an AM/FM/CD player at the center to provide your audio soundtrack while on the road. The factory air conditioning is blowing cold and strong, so there'll be no issues staying nice and comfortable during the coming warmer weather.

This C10's powerplant has been configured with a good deal of thought, resulting in a great blend of aftermarket power and factory dependability. The 350 cubic inch V8 is armed with a mid-rise Edelbrock intake manifold, a Holley 4-barrel carb and a nice, moderate performance cam to add some extra muscle, and the exhaust note this combination sends out of the long tube headers leading to a pair of Cherry Bomb turbo-style mufflers will announce your arrival with authority. The engine teams with a 4-speed automatic 700r4 transmission that carries a decided advantage over the more commonly encountered 3-speeds of the era in the form of its overdrive gear that brings RPMs down at highway speeds. Factory power brakes that include discs up front provide plenty of stopping ability, while the power steering is nice and smooth for easy navigation. This nicely configured pickup rides on a set of 15" aftermarket steel wheels outfitted with Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires.
