Me and My sister knows car buying could be so stressful and hectic (based on my sister's past experience when she bought her new car) but with our experience with Subaru of Las Vegas it was nothing like that at all. Mr. Mark and Mr. Justin made it possible for me to get a beautiful white pearl Crosstrek home knowing it is hard to get a white pearl with all the perks and technology that I wanted in a car, I appreciate the time and effort they took to make it possible. I bought a 2012 Mercedes E350 But not even a month later I couldn't start it. I towed it to the Subi and told them it wouldn't start and they all got on it to correct it fast. Turned out it's the battery but never the less the Subaru took care of my Mercedes.

I couldn't be more disappointed with the purchase
I couldn't be more disappointed with the purchase experience and particularly the delivery of this new vehicle. We communicated our desire to streamline the delivery since we were paying cash and didn't have a vehicle to trade in. We had an appointment after work. Upon arriving at the dealership our salesperson was not there. They had to call him to come in, the vehicle was dirty, not prepped for delivery. There was an issue with the car which he said he would look into in the AM since it was late in the evening. Never heard back so 2 weeks later I took it into the service department. Seems the only thing the sales department is interested in is upselling warranty and service contracts.

This dealership represents the brand very well. Subaru builds very solid automobiles. Driver comfort, driver safety, best in industry components might not make a car look all glittery like some cars do that are just shinny trinkets & nothing else. The dealerships representation of the brand follows along those lines. Glittery cars with loud exhaust can be found elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Nice facilities for customers waiting while cars are being serviced. The car buying service was made simple. Initially when I looked into buying a Subaru I approached a dealer in WA and made inquiries by giving a price range. The rep said it was not possible. When I made contact via eMail there were some proposals but not in the price range I’d liked. Then the manager got in touch about wanting my business. However when I responded with a price range I researched from Edmunds then communication went quiet. When I was visiting Las Vegas I happened to make a visit at Subaru of Las Vegas and I did the same approach by showing what Edmunds indicated as fair price. Rather then disappearing from the scene the agent came up with a unit that closely matched what I was looking for. So I made the purchase. Simple. The agent I was dealing with was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained all the options clearly and made the buying process fun because he was listening and hearing my needs. After the sale the agent offered to drop the car at the place where I was staying. It did not end there. There were several follow ups, reminders and communications to ensure that I was happy with the car.

Amazing experience. Recommend highly. I always dreaded buying/leasing a new car BEFORE going to Subaru of Las Vegas. Was handed over to Mark upon arriving. Explained to Mark what my sole objective was and that I had been with Toyota as a Internet Manager for over 6 years so I preferred to make it easy. Mark did exactly that. He explained the differences between the trim lines of a base and premium crosstrex showed me payment options and I took it the next step and asked him about the 2018 orange crosstrex and flat out said it’s a rarity that a orange one with low miles pops up. Long story short.....he showed it to me, gave me the keys and said try it and let me know what you think and I loved it. Brand new to the Subaru family and this car will fit right in as I am a Clemson Tiger and a Cincinnati Bengals fan. Thanks Mark! See you this Friday to pick up the car!! -Aaron

The service was amazing. Coco was my sales representative and I have nothing but a positive experience. There was no awkward haggling. Anything I had an issue with or felt like I had a concern with was addressed immediately with management and they took good care of my family and I. Just to put it in perspective I live in California and I drove 300 miles to this dealership and do not regret it. After dealing with other dealerships in San Diego, Temecula, and Huntington Beach. I will be willing to drive out again to get this level of amazing service if it means I am treated this way again. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Our salesman, Samuel Dahl is outstanding in knowledge, patience, friendliness, and accuracy. I love my new Forester Sport and trust the Subaru quality for performance and longevity, which brings me to the reason I gave overall star of average. Both Jaine and Bryan, managers in financing, failed my confidence for two reasons. 1. My $ 1000 deposit paid 2 months prior, was “forgotten” on calculating my final purchase price. 2. I got a real snub by both managers mentioned because I didn’t buy any of the warranty packages! I have no hard feelings for the errors and will recommend SUBARU OF LAS VEGAS to everyone. After all WE ALL are human, we just need to do our jobs in the best interest of our customers! Thank you for listening.

After years of avoiding car salesmen and dealerships due to a bad experience, and even more bad stories, I approached Subaru of Las Vegas expecting a battle. I was wrong! Every part of the experience was out in the open and super easy! There's room for negotiation, but all the cards are on the table, no "oops, I forgot about this..." after the handshake. Every member of the team works to make sure you are fully informed of the process, and that you have an experience to brag about. These folks, every last one of them, helped to rinse a decades-old sour taste out of my mouth about buying a new car, and made me proud to be a member of the Findlay Family!
