Cardinal Red vs Radiant Red color difference

Anyone know how close these are in color? Wondering if a Cardinal Red canopy would be close enough in color to match with my Radiant Red double cab.

cardinal is a deeper red, radiant is a bright red

 

I'll have to get a pic of mine. I have that exact coloring on my truck and camper. Depends on the light as to how bad it clashes. I'm OCD enough that it drives me crazy. But I got a great deal on the shell and couldn't pass it up. I'll try to get a pic tomorrow

 

true point, if you get it for under 300 who cares, just paint it

mine was from a purple 97, used stripper and wet sanded it down. my uncle primed and threw a coat of paint on. it matches but not perfect, idc cause you can't tell unless you are standing next to it

 

Cardinal Red (pre-2001) and Impulse Red Pearl (post -2001) are very close and very different from Radiant Red.

According to this, those darker reds should match up with Sunfire Red and Impulse Red. I'm talking about cardinal red which should be this:

 

Shouldn't that canopy be Sunfire Red Pearl? Here's the breakdown on colors over the year:
