Competition Package

BMW's M3 is arguably the most famous sports model to ever come out of the manufacturer. Starting with the e30 M3 in 1986, the M3 always represented a fast, fun to drive car that retained a practical body style and had tremendous aftermarket support to make it your own. When the e92 BMW M3 debuted in 2007, it immediately became a favorite of automotive journalists and driving enthusiasts worldwide. Although it was critiqued for being bigger and heavier than the previous car, any issues people had went out the window as soon as they ran the all-new S65 4.0-liter V8 up to its 8,400 RPM redline. Producing 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, the new M3 was more of a muscle car than any of the previous generations, but unlike a traditional muscle car, it could also handle with some of the best performance cars of the day. The e92 M3 was offered with either a traditional 6-speed manual transmission or, starting in 2008, a 7-speed Getrag double-clutch gearbox that offers seamless shifts and is a perfect companion for high-performance track driving. The cars came fully equipped with a suite of comfort options and the coupes, unless optioned with a sunroof, received a unique exposed carbon fiber roof panel.

Many companies have special divisions that allow some customers to select special features ranging from interior trim to unique exterior paint finishes. BMW's division is known as Individual and has been helping clients customize their vehicles since 1992 and the e90 generation M3 has some of the most unique specifications.

This 2011 BMW E92 M3 coupe was completed in June of 2011 and sold new into Calgary, Alberta Canada. Painted in an absolutely stunning shade of Java Green- a beautiful medium yellow-green shade with lots of metallic flake that does an impressive job of picking up the light and shadows and shows off the lines amazingly. It is reported that this is 1 of just 11 cars in this color that was brought into North America and this example is made even more special with the addition of an Extended Black Novillo leather interior. To add to this already special spec, the car was optioned with a number of desirable packages such as the Premium Package, Technology Package, Cold Weather Package, and Shadowline Trim Package. In addition to all of these things, the car was optioned with the desirable Competition Package which features a special set of multi-spoke wheels, a tighter adaptive suspension, and a sharper steering rack that make the car feel even more special from behind the wheel. To improve the performance even more, an M Performance Exhaust system and an aFe Intake have both been installed as well and make this car sound absolutely outstanding. This car has only been driven 55,400 miles from new and is outfitted with a full front end paint protection film up to the A-Pillars and is in fantastic condition for an 11-year-old car.
