What 2018 Chevrolet Volt Changes Can You Expect Come the Release Date?

Chevy has announced just a few changes to the Volt, including the addition of an 8-speaker Bose sound system option on the LT trim for a more immersive listening experience. Drivers will also have access to an available Driver Confidence Package which includes blind zone monitoring, rear park assist, and rear cross-traffic alert features.

The 2018 Chevy Volt will see a variety of new color options as well. Gone are Siren Red Tintcoat, Citron Green Metallic, Pepperdust Metallic, and Heather Gray Metallic. Instead, Chevrolet will introduce Green Mist Metallic, Satin Steel Metallic, and Cajun Red Tintcoat.

While typically Chevy upgrades the batteries on hybrids every two years or so, the Volt will forgo that this year.
