Refund Complications
I had cancelled my holiday on the 27th March 2023.
I was informed that my monies (refund) would take 35 days to go into my bank account.
I rang Haven after the 35 days has no monies had been put into the bank account. This was ongoing.
Haven said the money had bounced back as the the bank details had changed, that was 22nd May 2023.
I then gave them my updated bank account details. Haven said it would take 7 to 8 working days for the refund to be transferred into my account.
I rang Haven again on the 12th May 2023 as no monies again had been put into my bank.
As you can guess I have been ringing Haven and still I have not received any refund. They are OK in taking your money but appalling at refunding payment.
I rang on the 13th June to be told it is 14 working days not 7 to 8 working days. Now it is the 14th working day no monies in my account.
I have rang Haven holidays customer services & again I am waiting for that phone call, which I will not get, I will end up ringing them again.
They will fob me off with it will now take 14 days.
I am not happy how they are keeping this money which is due to me.
