Sadly the site went offline
I do miss some games like Candy Crush, Farm King and Pepper Panic and Papa Pear.
People started to use cheat software to cheat. (Cheat Engine)
With this software it was posible to change the speed of games and to manipulate high scores to set impossible scores. Who doesnt rememeber the same players with always the most impossible scores, who always won the big cash prices. What other may not know is that these cheaters were THE COMPLAINERS at the support. in hope that support would delete there rivals so the jackpots would only be for them. Been there, saw it.

SINCE FLASHPLAYER STOPPED WORKING ,ROYAL GAMES IS IN TROUPLE , ITS NOT AS MANY OF YOU THINK, THEY HAVE TO BUY OR INSTALL ANOTHER FLASHPLAYER WHICH CAN BE BOUTH AND ITS NOT PAYPAL EITHER. WE ALL ENJOYED OUR GAMES AND HOPE ROYAL GAMES WILL BE UP AND RUNNING SOON THEY GET ANOTHER SOLUTION TO BRING THEIR GAMES TO PLAY AGAIN.JUST PLAY FOR FREE IN THE MEANTIME, TILL THEY CAN RESOLVE THE PROBLEM , MOSTLY TO DO WITH THE USE OF THE FLASHPLAYER, I DO HOPE THEY FIND A WAY AND WE CAN ALL ENJOY THEIR GAMES AGAIN

Site has major issues with games…

Site has major issues with games loading/finishing. I've never tried to get a payout so I can't comment on that and I've won enough to play through their current deposit issues I hope. The games they do have are fun when they load, customer service is responsive and the community of players is awesome.

I loved Royal Games and played on the…

I loved Royal Games and played on the site for 13 years. Very sad that the elimination of flash support brought the site to a grinding halt and they'll be closing the site in December 7, 2021. I will miss it.

Sadly missed site

It was a great site with lots of little games you could unwind playing. Such a shame it wasn’t sold on as there was so many players from all over the world. King.com sold it off yet candy crush and orchido etc started there thanks to those of us that paid to play the games. No loyalty to us. No other site like it or as good for me.

I have been a member for many years and…

I have been a member for many years and must say I have enjoyed and still do the games on this site. Unfortunately as I have experienced in the past, when you improve at a certain game they just up your ranking, then eventually more or less make it impossible to win anymore. Ultimately making you feel, to stop playing. If you were winning every day I could see the point. I am now competing with players that have over a thousand more goes and I think it's unfair

Don't expect to win any money in the tournaments

You are better off playing this site for the free games. You can burn through your money pretty quickly in the tournaments. You might advance once or twice but more often than not, you will never get very far before you are knocked out. Also their games tend to freeze A LOT - the game never loads properly and you can't play it - so you will get a score of zero and lose your place. When you look at the account statement it says "Something went wrong, contact Customer Support" but when you do they say they can't see anything wrong on their side and you are out your tournament entry money. They will give you all kinds of excuses - your internet connection is bad, you didn't start the game in enough time - in the end they keep your money and you are out.

Royal Games Good but requires new/fresh games!

Royalgames boasts a vast amount of games and jackpots to be won, it also boasts a friendly community Yes, I know there have been no new games in a long while but they have no game developers at present. Yes, sometimes you have the odd vile human being attacking innocent players as such but most times it is great. People are nice and you can have a real good interaction with most people. If you want to win money best bet is to do jackpot tournaments, stick to games you are familiar with and practice at ones your not so, there are many references to improving your scores on their games like you tube, the game rules etc

Customers service can sometimes be ineligible but this is however down to staff shortages or cuts

This is a gaming site that matches you against people of the same skill level as you so you don't have to be great at a game to begin with because you can still win! Royalgames may review your skill rating from time to time but this is few and far between and normally takes place after you have a few withdrawals, their way of saying 'we think you are too good for your skill level'

All in all, go be a gold player and have fun! don't be saddened if you for example deposit and lose 80% of your deposit by playing and losing, its part and parcel of gaming, try to be balanced with your gaming, if you appear to be losing more than your winning, perhaps practise more or search for tips

Most will reply to you via your support query or email address. In many cases, they are quite reasonable, and always bear in mind their decisions are at their discretion should they believe you didn't intentionally cheat or so to speak. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

I have been with King games for at least 15 years. Have many played free games lately but have also played for money. My account is blocked; tried to reset my password but it blocks me out every time. I have a balance of $107.25, please refund the balance.

Quite sure this site is closing down or…

Quite sure this site is closing down or at least it needs to... they've owed me money for 3 months now and simply blame Paypal. Just nonsense making excuses on a professional payment provider. So no point depositing, as they will not honour WITHDRAWALS. Guess they think people won't be bothered for small amounts of money..

I play here for over 20 Years

I play here for over 20 Years, but since i became a VIP Player, the Issue started. My Son had his own account, they told me it was mine, so my Son deleted his Account so i could keep playing but nothing changed. They keep saying i am a professional Player, which is not true. I can't play my favorite games anymore, my free games messing up and there is no refund. Basically it's ridiculous, which i made my mind up, not to spend a Dime here anymore and all i can say is, safe your money, or find a better place to play.

Member since 2013. I can say that when issues occurred in the past, refunds rarely needed to be asked for as they came automatically. Since Flash died, all is rubbish. Games end improperly and never mind not getting an auto refund, they don't do anything but auto reply your request for a refund. You certainly don't get your money back. Is there an authority in UK with jurisdiction?

Beyond bad

Beyond bad, I’d like to give them no stars. I played for years, and once tried to get a refund - they absolutely did not refund any money and sent me around in circles trying to find a way to either get the refund or reach customer service. So I played until the $60 in there got down to about $10,and now they just shut me out - they claim my password isn’t working but 10 tries to reset it have failed. Tries, meaning I have gone on, followed their instructions, contacted customer service, gotten a “ticket” for my complaint, and tried again several different ways. Just gawd awful.

Although the games are fun to play

Although the games are fun to play, the website is unreliable and
customer service is worthless. Game competitions are stated as "head to head" , but are actually just score-matching through some random process they use. Though I remain a member after many years, games can be fun to play and frustrating at the same time.
If this site were better run, it would be a world-class keeper, but
as it is it cannot be recommended beyond casual indulgence.

No Log-in possible anymore

No Log-in possible anymore
since a couple of weeks because of the IP-address. Although I´m playing with them for more than a decade. Customer service just announced "VPN is totally blocked now" (except the integrated VPN of Opera). At least I´s able to withdraw my money by using the Opera VPN. Otherwise, if you are abroad and your IP is been blocked, you can´t neither withdraw your money nor contact customer service. Definetly a NO GO! And worst - games are so manipulated!

Asked for photo of me holding my passport after 10 years of playing.

I asked to withdraw less than £10 and they have asked me to mail a photo of me holding my passport. I can only imagine this is going to be used to defraud me in some way. There is no good reason to make such a request after I have played for over 10 years and deposited hundreds of pounds in this time. There is definitely something fraudulent going on here.
