Hachette great...Royal Mail 48 not so much

Royal Mail said they could not find my address, despite having had my magazine delivered for nearly a year to the same place. Milly at Customer Services sent out a replacement within 30 minutes of an email being sent, despite only having my name and postcode (no subscriber number or package number). Great service...if only Royal Mail 48 would be so good.

Very good CS experience

Very good CS team, easy to reach online. Hollie in particular was quick to respond and sorted my problem of an incorrect delivery without any issue. Would recommend a subscription from here.

Experience has been great,

Experience has been great, with one exception. I had an incorrect set of issues sent out, but this was fixed quickly. However I still haven't received the premium reward that was supposed to deliver with issue 15 despite bringing this up in more than one email. Will gladly change this to a 5 star if the issue can be resolved.

I was worried it would be difficult to cancel my Peter rabbit cross-stitch subscription but it was so easy and Hollie was so helpful and professional I was well impressed. I'm not canceling now as I know I can trust them.

Absolutely ludicrous!

Absolutely ludicrous! This company recently sent out an email because they had made mistakes in the published edition (not the first time!! This is a regular occurence!!). My emails were hacked and now I'm unable to see what the correction was.
I contacted customer service to be told that they cannot resend the email, and don't know what the correction is. THEY published this collection, and they sent out the email of correction, so they obviously DO know what the error is.
Aside from this, I've cancelled my subscription because in order to receive all editions and materials, it Will cost over £500 to complete. You can buy these samplers for around £50 in HobbyCraft. A very poor service!

Beware of them adding charges and…

Beware of them adding charges and sending you stuff you didn't want or ask for. Then having to pay to return the stuff and be sent round the house sending picture to various places as their customers services WhatsApp doesn't work properly. Also some of the dice I received were full of bubbles, so not balanced at all and again being given the run around to get them replaced. They seemed good when I first started but have clearly gone way down in my expectations.

A company you can trust

At one time I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them, but now WOW what a difference, this company has changed so, so much. You can trust them 100%. Their products are first-class quality and delivery times are as stated and reliable but if in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, nothing is perfect, just pick up the phone and it will be fixed very quickly. I was skeptical at one time but not anymore

Mildly upsetting

So far, the kit is great. Packaging, on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Twice I have received packages with one of the heaver plastic containers either completely open, or split into several pieces, causing one or more of the smaller pieces to hide under the flaps of the shipping container. It should be noted that none of the parts were damaged nor missing.

The packaging is horrible

The packaging is horrible, all the paperwork material is bent or folded. How can this be considered collection material when it’s mailed the way that it is.

Great Value, but now out of date

The product, Stormbringer, is very well done and the models and paints are a great deal. Something like a 30% savings over retail. The background, lore, painting information is very informative and will help beginning painters tremendously. Unfortunately, the rules are for AOS 3.0 and so will be out of date for 4.0. I am getting it to see what it is and to have tons of models for kitbashing

Silky smooth customer service experience

I have had a couple of problems with my subscription (caused entirely by myself) and both times I have had a quick and courteous resolution, most recently by Brook who gave me the info I needed less than ten minutes after I asked for it!

Love the magazine, and no plans to stop receiving it. Thanks so much!

Subscription (Stormbringer Magazine)…

Subscription (Stormbringer Magazine) arrives promptly each month. Notification is sent prior with tracking. The magazine contents arrive (to date) undamaged. My one complaint is that the box the magazines are packed in does not have enough packaging to keep the contents from moving or being cushioned during transit. The magazines usually always have minor bending and denting, which is acceptable and expected. I have yet to notice any damage to the plastic miniatures. This minor quibble aside, the subscription has been fantastic. I've got a lot of miniatures, brushes and paints and the magazine is filled with all of the information required to use them and learn about the Age of Sigmar game. I paid the extra each issue to receive the additional bundles and have not regretted the cost.
