Hachette great...Royal Mail 48 not so much
Royal Mail said they could not find my address, despite having had my magazine delivered for nearly a year to the same place. Milly at Customer Services sent out a replacement within 30 minutes of an email being sent, despite only having my name and postcode (no subscriber number or package number). Great service...if only Royal Mail 48 would be so good.
