After a year of wanderlusting and dreaming of fantastical getaways, we aren't quite out of the woods yet, but things are looking up. While we're not exactly booking Mediterranean vacations or planning to catch the tail-end of April in Paris right now, we are hoping for an extended stay in one of our favorite state-side, Mexico, or Caribbean destinations this summer, and we've discovered some of the best stays in these regions.
