1989 Volvo 244 DL For Sale. Two owner Volvo sedan in very good condition. Rare 5 Speed car previously owned by long time Volvo aficionado who provided it with excellent care and maintenance. Finished in Pacific/Royal Blue (#96) with blue cloth interior. Sold with a clear, actual mileage Colorado title. Car currently has 159,766 original miles; just broken in for one of these! Exterior: Paint holds a good shine is very presentable with some blems from use and some chips in paint at top of left rear door beneath the window molding. Body is straight with no visible rust. “Snow Scoop” accessory front exterior vent covers to keep out debris.
Bosch fog lamps with proper dash mounted switch.
Interior: The interior is very clean and in very good condition throughout. Non-smoker car. The dash itself is in great condition with tachometer, voltmeter, clock and proper green fog light switch. Has rare accessory front headrest cushions and molded Volvo floor mats/trays front and rear. Map pockets; upgraded Bluetooth stereo and speakers. Seats are very comfortable and in very good condition.

The Interior is in very good condition; seats, door panels, carpets, dash, headliner. The only flaw found is a very small crack in the top of the dash between the corner of the gauge pod and the defroster vent (see photo below).

The alloy wheels are IPD’s version of Volvo’s Virgo wheels and are reputed to be stronger and stiffer than the ones from Volvo. The 195/60R15 tires have less than 3,000 miles on them.
Mechanical: The car is powered by the bullet proof 2.3 liter red block 4 cylinder engine. The tires (5) are all fairly new. IPD anti-sway bars have been installed front (25mm) and rear (22mm). We note some new exhaust system components. Battery just one year old. Engine and engine compartment are very clean and tidy.
