Steamboat View Chalet is a luxurious three-bedroom suite with an open loft in Radium’s "The Peaks" condominiums. Comfortably sleeping four guests, this top floor, loft unit has beautiful mountain views of Steamboat Mountain, lots of natural light and a guaranteed relaxing experience.

Your stay at Steamboat View Chalet promises to be an unforgettable time of relaxation and memory-making. Whether you’re hiking the nearby Sinclair Creek trails, soaking in the onsite hot tub or swimming pool, golfing one of the over 20 nearby courses or simply curling up with a book next to the gas fireplace, enjoying the almost 360 degree views and the modern amenities of this loft suite will be a highlight.

Steamboat View Chalet offers one underground parking stall for your use, and one additional guest parking in front of the building. The club house is right across from the building, allowing simple travel to and from the pool with the kids.
We'll even shop for the grocery's if you like and ensure the fridge is filled upon your arrival!

Activities are as abundant as your imagination. Perhaps you want to try some fishing, only a 5 minute drive down to the Columbia River wetlands, while the kids explore the surrounding forests or the Pump Bike park in Sinclair Creek Canyon, a short walk from the cabin.

Other activities include exploring over 25 golf courses or 8 ski hills which range between 5 minutes to 2 1/2 hours from our cabin. Cross country skiing is only a short 10 minute drive away on the Columbia Valley Cross Country Ski trails. There is also hiking, horse back riding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating on the local rink, mountain biking, riding your ATV in the back country, maybe a dip in one of our local hot springs, a swim in Lake Windermere or browse through the many shops along main street in Radium Hot Springs or Invermere.

A fun activity many families enjoy is a round of golf at our local 9 hole Par 3 golf course (Edgewater Hilltop Golf course) only 7 or so minutes away. After the golf game, be sure to enjoy a homemade breakfast, lunch or dinner in the clubhouse. And don't forget to ask for a slice of Jeanette's homemade pie from the selections that are made fresh every day.

Radium Rocks

This part of BC is an amazing treasure to experience. Still close to Banff, it feels less touristy and crowded. The Condo was perfect for our group and the Pool and Hot Tub was expertly maintained and a welcome respite after hikes. The town had lots of food options and lots of places to explore. Don't miss Fairmont Hot Springs! This Condo is beautifully maintained and was recently updated. Check it out!

Golf Weekend

This was a short getaway for my wife's birthday to play golf in Radium. There were 4 of us including a 15 yr old and the condo was a perfect fit with plenty of room - the loft was immediately claimed by the 15 yr old and provides a completely different living space if you had a larger group. We found the place to be absolutely spotless - the bathrooms included - immaculate. The amenities in the kitchen were very complete including cutlery and knives - we are a bunch who cook and bring our own knives since many places don't have good equipment but this wasn't necessary here. To top it off I had mentioned to the Cobblestone team that it was a birthday for golf and upon entry to the unit, we were greeted with a gift and some lucky golf balls - unexpected but very much appreciated. It set the tone for a really nice weekend. The condo building is very clean as well, it seems clear that the unit has been updated compared to the building with new finishes all around. The unit has a beautiful view of the valley and was extremely quiet. Thanks to the Cobblestone team for the cleanliness standards - keep it up and we will be returning here for sure!

Golf getaway

Great place for a few of us to stay as part of a larger group of golf buddies. Perfect spot for 3 guys, could fit 4 easily if you put a guy in the loft or they shared the twin bedroom. Living area was well suited to evening gatherings and dinners.

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our family’s getaway! The condo was surprisingly more spacious in person and the kids loved having their own space in the loft.

My wife and I began renting out our own vacation home in the Columbia Valley and soon had our neighbors asking us to manage and market their vacation homes, due to the success we were having with our guests, the number of days we were renting out our home and our previous experience in the tourism industry. Our success though, really falls back to how our guests were enjoying the homes we were managing, the cleanliness of the homes, the quality amenities we thought each guest would enjoy and the memories each guest, their friends and families, were making. We truly look forward to hearing from our past guests about how they enjoyed their stay or their suggestions on how we can make future guest experiences more pleasurable.

My wife and I have been visiting the Columbia Valley for a number of years and love the warmer weather, the friendly locals and the endless activities and adventures that are available. We thought it would be great to have a place to enjoy with our friends and family that is only within a 2 3/4 hour drive from Calgary. Our hope is that those interested in spending a weekend or week or two in our home, would find some needed rest, relaxation, adventure and feel as though they have had a holiday to remember as we do every time we visit!
