Exterior Updates

Exterior wise, the Blazer gets a handful of updated features and available options.

  • A refreshed front fascia and grille design with new LED headlamps, taillamps and daytime running lamps across all trims
  • New 18-, 20- and 21-inch wheels are now available to further build upon its bold appearance
  • 3 New exterior colors: Sterling Gray Metallic, Copper Bronze Metallic and Radiant Red Tintcoat

Interior Updates

On the inside, upgrades primarily come in the form of updated technology and newly available interior appointments.

  • Available Wireless charging (comes standard on RS and Premier models)
  • A new 10.2-inch-diagonal HD color touch-screen and available 4G LTE Wi-Fi Hotspot
  • RS model exclusive Nightshift Blue interior
  • Interior cargo dimensions remain consistent with a spacious 64.2 cu.-ft. of volume with the rear seats folded and 30.5 cu.-ft. of volume with the rear seats in standard position


Technology

As briefly detailed above, the Blazer will receive a handful of tech updates including a new and improved center infotainment touch-screen, giving owners an additional 2.2 inches of screen (10.2 total inches) over the 2022 model, standard remote start, wireless charging and available adaptive cruise control. We will also see a standard power-programmable liftgate on 3LT trims and above with hands free-functionality on the RS and Premier. In regards to safety, every Blazer will now come standard with the Chevy Safety Assist package, including a suite of 6 features: Automatic Emergency Braking, Following Distance Indicator, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning and IntelliBeam Automatic High-Beams.

Performance and Capability

Two engine options will be available: a 2.0L Turbo Inline-4 producing 228-horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque with a GM-estimated 27/29 MPG highway (AWD/FWD) and an available 3.6L V6 producing 308-horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque with a GM-estimated 26/27 MPG (AWD/FWD). The 2.0L I-4 is standard on the 2LT, 3LT and Premier models while the 3.6L V6 is stand on the RS and available on the 3LT and Premier models.

  • Up to 5 Drive modes are available:
    • FWD includes Tour, Snow/Ice, Sport and available Tow/Haul modes
    • AWD  includes Tour, All-Wheel Drive Sport, Off-Road and Tow/Haul modes
  • Both engines are mated with a 9-speed automatic transmission
  • Twin-Clutch advanced AWD system available on RS models

Appearance Packages

Carrying over from the 2022 model, the 2023 Blazer 2LT and 3LT will be available in Midnight/Sport and Redline editions.
