      Nexogy has provided me with great service for several years. The calls are clear, customer service is easy to reach, and they bend over backwards to be helpful until the problem is solved.

      ONE OF THE WORST VOIP PHONE SERVICES OUT THERE, AVOID!!!!!

      At first (like 10 years ago) they were good, responsive, and fair. But their service has steadily declined over the years, and it has gotten to a place that is abysmal, to put it mildly.

      Customer service is non-existent and when they do pick up the phone it's all attitude and no willingness to help at all. It's like they are doing you a favor.

      Got charged $4/minute for some international calls!

      STAY AWAY. TRUST ME.

      Works company ever !!! DO NOT GO WITH NEXOGY.
      The quality of the service is terrible.... the worst I have seen in a long time.
      They offer a free app to take calls in your Iphone and it doesn't work !!! They know it doesn't work, and they don't do anything about it.

      Worse company I ever worked with, you email them your business achulé ahead of time it doesn't work, Enrique Melendez (Manager) doesn't return your phone call or email

      This company does things without your permission. When a sales rep came in, we were told we would get one week of free service to try it out and see if we like it. When that week was over I was very dissatisfied with the service and didn't want to use it. I called to cancel the services and they told me they had already transferred out lines over to them and it would take about a month to switch them back because they went from phone to internet lines. They left me screwed!!! I have a childcare business there for having a reliable phone line is super important. They don't charge what they quote. Do not believe anything they tell you. You have to pay to for equipment that stops working, which never happened with spectrum. Very disappointed, idk who the hell would think it's okay to run a business like this.

      The worst ... Do not use their service. For over 12 months we have been trying to get our phones working right and they are still not. We have called tech support 100+ times. Do your self a favor please don't sign the contact!!!!!

      I wish I could give them a CERO rating. The only person that works there is Victor from customer service or Erik from tech support. They care less about the customer. I have inquired multiple chances to my account and they argue that the only person that could do those changes is "Vanessa" and she is extremely unreliable, I need to call every time to ask for the progress of the changes and when I do, I find out there is NO PROGRESS whatsoever.
      I cannot believe I have to be stuck with this lame company. PLEASE SAVE TIME AND MONEY, hire somebody else.

      Dishonest! Service to the client is horrible! They tried to charge us for services we never agreed to and when they had to remove them they had an attorney try to intimidate me into paying for SOMETHING I DIDN'T ORDER OR WANT. Extremely dishonest.

      If i could give a -5 stars i would. System
      Doesn't work. Customer service is rude, incompetent and disrespectful with customers. Calls are lost, impossible to make long distance calls, calls drop. Avoid this company at all cost.
