North Hills Village is a strip mall. Its tenants include Target, Kohl's, Best Buy, Kuhn's Market, Taco Bell, Applebee's, Five Below, Michael's, Burlington, GameStop, Petco, and several others.
I most frequently visit this mall for the Target and the Kuhn's, which sell a good selection of products for hygiene, cleaning, home, groceries, etcetera at reasonable prices.
I have always been able to find a good parking spot in the parking lot. The mall is safe and clean. The mall is located along the busy McKnight Road for easy access.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - R.J. B.Pittsburgh, PA2945159Sep 26, 2015
A medium to large strip style shopping center. Big box stores and smaller chain stores. There are also some restaurants, mostly in the parking lot out front. This center doesn't have any of the empty storefronts that plague a lot of the shopping areas along McKnight Road.

North Hills Village is a retail complex on the McKnight Road corridor. At one time it was an outdoor mall and along with Northway Mall an extremely busy shopping center. It was enclosed a number of years ago and did okay as a mall until the mid-1980s. When Ross Park Mall opened up, it sucked all the business away from North Hills Village and Northway.
Northway became a second-tier mall and North Hills Village became a big box center. North Hills Village now has Best Buy, Target, Staples, etc. From a dollars and cents point of view, it was probably a wise decision to go big box. But North Hills Village is just like any other big box center found from Seattle to Miami.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
