Average mall...large enough to send the day and hit every store!
Enjoy the food court....chick-Fil-a, subway, and Arby's are the big names. They also have Chinese and Italian places! If you're looking for snacks, there are multiple candy stores, 2 cookie companies, a couple pretzel shops, and ice cream!
Book store, shoe stores, department stores like Macy's, Dillard's, Sears, Bealls, JC Penneys, and trendy stores like Hollister, American Eagle, Justice, and Journey, and others.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 15, 2023
I'm not from here. But my local friend thought food court at Parkdale Mall would serve as the purpose for a quick bite.
Came here just to be disappointed. Walking around, this place was kind of stinky. It's okay. There are other options outside of this mall area.
The restroom was oh my gawd. Yeah. I don't want to go there again.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - jeremy j.Beaumont, TX04Oct 20, 2023
Sad that this place is so bad. Barely any stores open and those that are close early due to no crowds. Food court closes at 7

What happened to all of the stores?!?? I love walking the mall though and feeling safe while I window shop and get my steps in. I wish there were healthier places to eat there.

Simple review / cliffnotes since everything already has been covered.
*Small but good enough for the area
*One of two malls in the immediate area
*Shows aging but decent interior.
*Parking lot is still kind of dark at nights but has roving security
*Decent sporadic shops inside so there is hope.
*Average over all, not bad, not stellar.
*Has a movie cinema but not worth it, drive 10 miles away to Tinsletown for a better experience.
*Has a quaint food court, you won't starve looking for a place to eat but do not expect much of a choice neither.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Angelis J.Dallas, TX122430Nov 12, 2017
‼Attention‼ My daughter and I entered the store to possibly purchase another pair of sunglasses..we were browsing the sunglasses like all potential buyers..the sales associates wouldn't give us no DAMN room..she was all over us. She then stepped back and was watching from afar. Just because we enter a store doesn't mean we steal or preparing to steal SUNGLASS HUT!! You can't be of COLOR and go Nowhere these days. Don't worry SUNGLASS HUT ill go buy my shades somewhere else. How about the shades I purchased (not at the HUT) below?? So cute!! Sunglass HUT my $400 went a long way elsewhere and remember the only color you should see is GREEN Long story short..I WONT BE BACK!!

We originally only stopped by to go to David's Bridal which is at the mall, but has no mall entrance if that makes sense. We decided to do a quick walk through while we were there. There's tons of food choices at the food court. A lot of stores to shop at and an awesome arcade room for the kids and young at heart. It's called Tilt and it's HUGE!! We took the kids for about an hour. We will definitely be returning when we have more time to hang out.

Store number 2 had everything we came for and they were extremely nice and helpful to us. Will definitely keep coming back!

Ehh I just come here when I don't feel like driving to baybrook or the galleria. There aren't a lot of shopping options, and the only store I really visit is Macy's. The food options suck too.
I did hear that they will possibly tear the mall down and build a new one! I really hope that is true. Who knows...Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Donna N.Crosby, TX225469215Sep 5, 2016
I was told that Parkdale was a very small mall with limited options, but that was not true. The layout is deceiving and makes it seem small, but it actually took me quite a bit of time to walk through. I was there for about two hours and all I bought was chik fil a and a DVD of the Original Fame. It is outdated and the food court is limited and dirty, but for a small city mall on a Saturday, it was what I expected.
